Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items can't be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised orders, and hazardous materials (including flammable liquids and gases). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Get in touch if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted — this is the fastest way to get what you need.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. The same return conditions apply: unused, unworn, tagged, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected, confirming whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to post it. If you haven't heard from us within 15 business days of approval, contact orders@crazybull.co.uk.
